Jian Wei is a Product Design Director at Zendesk, based in San Francisco. He leads a global team of designers across the US and APAC, driving the evolution of customer support and employee experiences.

Beyond Zendesk, Jian is passionate about career development and mentorship, guiding senior designers at RETHINK to grow in their careers and achieve their professional goals. 

He also serves as a Design Advisor for Aevice Health, a Singapore-based medtech company developing AI-powered wearable devices to help patients monitor and manage chronic respiratory conditions.
