About Sebastian

As the Director of UX Design at Virtual Identity, a leading digital agency, I oversee a talented team of UX and UI designers. Our team collaborates with clients like Siemens, Roche, and Union Investment, delivering innovative design solutions. My specialization lies in developing AI-driven solutions to enhance user experiences and drive client success. I am also co-founder of the Designing with Artificial Intelligence conference (2020) and co-author of the bestselling book Design und künstliche Intelligenz (2022).

From 2018 to 2023, I served as a Professor and Director of Design Management at Mediadesign (MD.H) University of Applied Sciences in Berlin. Before that, I worked as a post-doctoral research associate in the Department of Graphic Design and Visual Communication at HMKW University of Applied Sciences, Berlin. I hold a B.A. in Media Studies, a diploma in Media Arts, and earned my Ph.D. from the University of Halle-Wittenberg, Germany.
