Poornima Luthra (she/her) is the author of Diversifying Diversity, the founder & CEO of TalentED Consultancy, and Associate Professor at the Copenhagen Business School. 

Her work in DEI focuses on expanding the dimensions of diversity with an emphasis on intersectionality, empowering individuals to be active allies of inclusion and enabling inclusive leadership. With her 15+ years of experience, Poornima has worked with international and Danish MNCs & NGOs, and is also the recipient of the Professional Women of Colour Denmark 2021 Impact award.
