In 2026, the themes and program for the upcoming conference will be carefully shaped by a Board of six talented designers and ex-speakers. This diverse group will work closely with the organizing team to define and refine the event’s concept, selecting the core topics and themes that will guide the program. Their role also includes scouting emerging talent for the stage and helping to select the most compelling submissions from our open Call for Proposals, which is now live and will remain open until March 31, 2026.
We are thrilled to be collaborating with this expert group of visionaries (presented in the same order as in the photos): Tey Bannerman, Shiho Yokoyama, Rebekah Cheng, Roy Husada, Hanna Norlin, and Rahul Lindberg Sen. Together, they will ensure that Design Matters 26 is a groundbreaking and inspiring experience for all.
