The conference will be held in-person and live-streamed. All the talks, which will be the same for the in-person and online audience, will be recorded and uploaded on the video platform Recordings by Design Matters. The workshops, which will be different for the in-person and online audiences, will not be recorded due to their interactive nature.
The two-day conference features talks, hands-on workshops and a series of facilitated networking activities designed to help you connect with other designers and creatives whilst you get your fill of inspiration and new learnings.
The event starts off and ends as a one-track program, but in the middle of the day a multiple track program will be available,
meaning that you can choose whether you want to watch more talks or take part in a workshop.
All the talks revolve around defined topics that change every year. The workshops let you dig deeper into a specific technique, process, or skill that you can take home and put into practice right away.
Design Matters has been connecting and giving inspiration to designers from all over the world since 2015.
No matter if you are attending in-person or online, with your ticket you will receive a link to watch the conference online and will get access to the database containing all the talks, interviews, and performances from all previous Design Matters events - for a total of 500+ videos.
The talks and presentation slides will be uploaded onto the database after the event, so that you can watch and rewatch what you missed, and check out the videos from the previous editions. You'll have access to the database for free for a set amount of time, and after that, you can decide whether to renew the subscription and stay on the platform or let the subscription expire.
