We are surrounded by ever increasing convenient tools for design works. While we do use and appreciate them, there are things that we care about beyond these tools.
These things often come in such a detail that nobody may not notice or even we ourselves may forget about after a while. Then, why bother? Well, hopefully you'd find out 'why' in this talk with real examples in various design projects.

About Manabu
A graphic designer. He spent 20 years at Sony’s design department, including nine years in North America. His main works at Sony include designing the PlayStation logo and leading design production for the launch of Sony Bank.
In 2011, he founded his own design studio, Arrowgraph. Since then, he has focused on branding and communication design, while also working across a wide spectrum of fields, including UX/UI design, general graphic design, and design consulting.
One of his key post-Sony projects includes the redesign of the Bushiroad logo, among other branding initiatives for diverse companies.
