What happens when wellbeing is no longer perceived as a personal achievement or 'luxury' but something we design together, into the systems, cultures, and environments around us? What would our society look like if wellbeing was treated as a human right?
This interactive workshop brings designers and creatives into a shared practice of regenerative thinking: imagining futures where wellbeing is collective, circular, and co-created. And then, re-grounding it into "what we can do today" to start co-creating that future.
Participants will leave with:
- A concrete personal commitment: one actionable experiment toward collective wellbeing in their work / life
- A new vocabulary and framework for thinking about wellbeing as a systems and design challenge instead of it being something individualistic or a 'luxury'
- Deep, genuine connections with other creatives who share this orientation cultivated in a psychologically safe space
- A worksheet they can bring back to their team or organisation, if they wish to
- The experience of having collectively imagined something bigger than any one of them could have done alone
