Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging - A skill set for technology innovation

In tech, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) is much more than an aspiration; it is a set of skills – a toolkit – that can be practiced and deployed to improve user experiences and explore the experiences of others with curiosity to help inform better design for all. Understanding and utilizing how to use a good DEIB toolkit best can truly elevate and innovate the work of designers, developers and content creators.
