COVID-19 Refund Policy
We are in a moment in time where COVID-19 is making the world very uncertain. And for us, the safety of our attendees, speakers, sponsors, and partners is a priority.
Currently the Danish authorities allow us to host our event on the planned date, Sep 23-24, 2020, for up to 500 seated attendees but with special rules, such as the one regarding the distance between the participants. Read more about our COVID-19 policy.
The situation has also prompted us to recalibrate the ways in which we gather and connect, so we have decided to also offer live-stream tickets, that you can purchase here. This will open the gates for all designers from across the world to tune into the same program, from your home or office computer.
If you are considering registering for the conference, note that we offer a Refund Guarantee, but only on regular tickets purchased from June 1, 2020 until two weeks before the event.
This guarantee means that we will refund the cost of your ticket in case the borders are closed between Denmark and the country you are coming from during the dates of the conference. (Please note that only 95% refund will be applicable due to transaction fees that we cannot refund.)
Design Matters will continue to share knowledge and inspire our community. We will do everything in our power to hold the conference as planned, both in real life and live-streamed, or, if the events will not allow it, only live-streamed.
